Bonjour

Sorry but that is almost the full extent of my French.I am hoping that all my European friends are more educated than me, and can understand English.

My intention is to build the Tornado using a Villiers 3T 325cc two stroke twin engine. This engine is my choice because I have had it in my shed for about 10 years. It is brand new and has never been run yet. My concern is that it may not be powerfull enough for the craft. The rated horsepower is 18hp. I am considering running a multiblade fan directly from the crankshaft.

I would apreciate any advise which anyone can give

I followed your advice and made modifications to my bag.

I increased the holes in the bag

see the picture:

I changed the blade angle at 45 degrees.

There is a lot better but still weak.

What di I else change?

Hovercraft flies on the grass, on the water I did not test -I have to improve the buoyancy.

Super, les changements sont bien !!

Si ça fonctionne sur l'herbe, ça fonctionnera sur l'eau.

Maintenant il faut apprendre à piloter. C'est pas facile au début.

Il faut ce pencher dans les virages comme sur une moto.

Sur l'eau : partez du sol et allez sur l'eau avec de la vitesse (20 km/h). Ne vous arrêtez pas sur l'eau.

Donc prévoyez une petite boucle sol - eau - sol pour vous entraîner.
