Bonjour

Sorry but that is almost the full extent of my French.I am hoping that all my European friends are more educated than me, and can understand English.

My intention is to build the Tornado using a Villiers 3T 325cc two stroke twin engine. This engine is my choice because I have had it in my shed for about 10 years. It is brand new and has never been run yet. My concern is that it may not be powerfull enough for the craft. The rated horsepower is 18hp. I am considering running a multiblade fan directly from the crankshaft.

I would apreciate any advise which anyone can give

Unfortunately, the flaps on the back I do not have - I have to do it
During the test through the back holes has just got a little water.

Yes sevtec it's incroable with small engine.

Sevtec Scout running with 16 HP.

Yes, may be you can try your project with 2 engine for your torbnado hull, but befor all destroy, try some modifications ans Body driving with actual craft.
and after your two engine project , it's good idea, one another man build this:

C'est pour la bavette à l'arrière pour éviter qu'il écope avec ses trous dans la jupe que je voulais une photos !!

Et la bavette évite aussi que la jupe ne scotche et freine à l'arrière, même en jupe soufflée et sans trous.

Pour les trous, il faut faire des essais car il existe plusieurs solutions. Mais surtout il en faut suffisamment.

Pour ma part je calcule de la façon suivante :

Surface écope = surface des trous minimum.
